From the stars, on a mountain, with the bears, my beads…and paint.
I call this one Galactic Dragon. I painted this to support the astrology forecast for 2024. Every year Janet Conner joins forces with Emma Kupu Mitchell and Marcia Wade to give us unsights about what the stars have in store for us the coming year. This year will be a wild ride and much of it is about Dragons.
Did you know that our sweet little solar system contains objects in the Kuiper Belt? Far far away these are newly discovered stars, asteroids etc., that have been named from mythology all over our planet. These objects are rotating in and out of the Milky Way nowadays bringing their energy to us. The synopsis is HANG ON PEOPLE!!! We are on the brink of change. Polarities are going to settle.
Zhulong the torch dragon tells us that our creativity is on fire. As in literally zooming out of our every pore. On fire.
Ceto the primordial sea goddess dragon is the mother of monsters. She adores all her children and is here to show us that we can be both/and sometimes, you don’t have to choose. And please, don’t trap yourself in any situation you aren’t ok with. And even monsters have mamas who adore them.
The dragon called Ladon is half woman and half snake. Imagine if you had the world view as a human AND as a snake. Overall with these 3 and many more it’s time for us to look with new eyes, and if you’re too weary borrow visions from someone you trust. See what’s possible. If all we can imagine is war and buying stuff, that’s what we’ll get. Come on, I’m for nurtured children gardens galore puppies cooperation beauty flowers popcorn fresh air and rest for the weary, justice, peace. Put on your dragon eyes and see it with me!!
